The MEBA 401(k) Plan is entirely funded by participant contributions made through payroll deduction. There are no employer contributions to this Plan. Each of the MEBA Benefit Plans has its own set of Rules and Regulations, as well as its own Trust Document and Board of Trustees. The text of the Regulations for each Plan is available in hard copy at the Baltimore Plan Office, or can be viewed, downloaded and printed from our website. The text of the Rules and Regulations of the MEBA Plan and the recent amendments to the Regulations can be viewed by downloading them in Adobe® Acrobat® Reader format.
