The MEBA Pension Trust provides retirement benefits to members who meet specified service requirements. The MEBA Pension Trust consists of a defined benefit plan and a Money Purchase Benefit. The MEBA Pension Trust also provides a 401(k) Plan. 

Each of the MEBA Benefit Plans has its own set of Rules and Regulations, as well as its own Trust Document and Board of Trustees. The text of the Regulations for each Plan is available in hard copy at the Baltimore Plan Office, or can be viewed, downloaded and printed from our website.
