The MEBA Medical and Benefits Plan provides medical and other types of coverage to eligible active employees and their dependents, and to participating pensioners and their dependents. Each of the MEBA Benefit Plans has its own set of Rules and Regulations, as well as its own Trust Document and Board of Trustees. The text of the Regulations for each Plan is available in hard copy at the Baltimore Plan Office, or can be viewed, downloaded and printed from our website.
