The MEBA Training Plan provides training and upgrading benefits to eligible active employees.  

Each of the MEBA Benefit Plans has its own set of Rules and Regulations, as well as its own Trust Document and Board of Trustees. The text of the Regulations for each Plan is available in hard copy at the Baltimore Plan Office, or can be viewed, downloaded and printed from our website.
